Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voxxa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use Voxxa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Voxxa is a keyboard-based translation app that helps you translate text as you type and translate clipboard content. Translation and styling may be provided through our proxy server and third-party providers such as DeepL and Google Gemini.

Features may include language preferences, translation styles (for example Casual, Professional, or Friendly), and optional premium subscriptions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Free and Premium Plans

• Free plan — Lets you use core translation features subject to daily usage limits and other restrictions described in these Terms.
• Premium (Voxxa Pro) — May unlock higher or unlimited translation usage and other benefits described in the app or store listing at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (for example Google Play or Apple App Store). Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that store's terms and policies.

4. Usage Limits

Free users are limited to a daily number of translations (currently 20 per day unless otherwise stated in the app). Limits are enforced using an anonymous device identifier and may reset each calendar day.

Premium subscribers may receive unlimited or expanded usage according to their active entitlement. We may adjust limits to protect service reliability, prevent abuse, or manage costs, and will reflect material changes in the app or these Terms where appropriate.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Voxxa for unlawful, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other technical protections.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as permitted by law.
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate excessive translation requests.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the service.
• Submit content you do not have the right to process, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Voxxa, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by Voxxa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Voxxa intellectual property to you.

You retain rights in text you enter or translate. By using translation features, you grant us a limited license to transmit that text to our servers and third-party providers solely as needed to fulfill your request.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voxxa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that translations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific use (including legal, medical, or safety- critical purposes). Third-party providers may experience outages or change their APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxxa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Voxxa in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Voxxa after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
